- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Discounts are available for 10+ sessions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost, new clients and I come up with a vision for their short-term and long-term goals. Then we identify strengths/areas in need of development (usually core, endurance flexibility). Next, create goals and identify strategies to accomplish their goals. Then we come up with a customized workout and nutrional plan where we finally execute the plan through consistency and motivated effort.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a four-year degree in from Rutgers University in addition various profesdiobal certifications. In order to further my education, I often collaborate with other fitness professionals to keep up to speed with the evolution of fitness.
