About Me Albrim Gjonbalaj, a native of New York City, is an accomplished Electrical Engineer with over a decade of experience in the engineering industry and over 15 years of experience in construction while working for a prominent General Contracting company in NYC. Throughout his career, he has specialized in the design and integration of electrical, mechanical, and low voltage/AV systems for a diverse range of projects. Albrim’s journey began with a ten-year tenure at Ventrop Engineering Consulting Group PLLC, one of the leading professional MEP engineering firms in the metropolitan area. During his time at Ventrop, he contributed to the success of numerous high-profile projects, spanning high-end residential, commercial, and industrial developments. His expertise has been instrumental in shaping landmark projects such as 130 William Street, a prestigious residential tower in the heart of New York City’s Financial District; 2401 3rd Avenue and 101 Lincoln Avenue, two major developments in the Bronx; and 123 Linden Boulevard in Brooklyn, a significant residential project. Additionally, Albrim played a key role in the modernization of NYCHA Housing projects, 60 Harrison Street in Brooklyn, 109 Montgomery Street in Brooklyn, and many other notable undertakings.
