- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our goal is to satisfy our customer with that being said we will ensure a spectacular event is given within any budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we are contacted by the client we will send out a welcome email with questions assessing their needs and requirements. Once the questionnaire is completed we will schedule a consultation. At the 1 hr consultation we will discuss your vision and you will then leave with a quote. The client will then have 7 days to make a decision.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Plenty of hands on training as well as decor classes.
