- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is competitive, however our service is extremely detailed and well strategized. Besides our hourly rate for 1 professional ($70), and the rate for 2 professionals, ($120) our services also include travel fees and state taxes. Typically our projects start at $340 and can range up to $3,000 or more for several days/weeks of decluttering, organizing or packing and unpacking you from a move.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with a new customer is to have an initial consultation session over the phone which generally lasts 10-15 minutes. This allows us to get to know our potential client and their exact needs beyond what their request was able to share with us online. Then, we draft a final quote and a simple work agreement for them to sign. We agree on a session date and time via email and this information is included in the work agreement for both the customer and for us to sign. Lastly, through our secure payment system, the full payment is required in order to reserve their time slot with us. A calendar invite with your organizers full name and number, the address, the arrival time and all tips for preparing for your session are sent to you confirming your appointment. For larger projects, we do accept deposits.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our expertise is completely self-taught however we do acquire outside knowledge monthly via organizing styles such as the kon-mari technique and the S.P.A.C.E technique.
