Ivan was very quick to respond to my request and he was willing to come that same day to get the job done which made me so very happy . Ivan was here even before the time that we arranged , which I like , and his work quality was excellent , beyond my expectations . Also Ivan brought along a helper to work along with him which made his work so much easier and , admirably Ivan’s price was so reasonable that I felt like I’ve finally found someone who has ethics and morals and who thinks about the other person as well . I’ve saved Ivan’s contact info and I plan to use him for all my future projects and handyman work as Ivan has indicated to me that he has a wide range of expertise in other areas as well , such as gardening , and other outdoor work . If I could give Ivan a thousand stars I would , but I would definitely like to recommend him to anyone who is looking for a reasonable priced handyman with great work ethics ! I am very happy with Ivan and his home solutions services. Ivan is very professional, works fast, he is well organized, respectful and his fees are affordable. Ivan replaced the outside light fixture, he caulked the 3 bathrooms and all around the kitchen sink, replaced the inside parts of the toilet tank, replaced the bathroom faucets and bathroom light fixtures and ... because he did such a wonderful job I keep calling him for more. He will fix and paint the drywall in my garage and reinforce the stairs "loose" railing. I gave Ivan Home Solutions 5 stairs because he is dependable, honest, experienced and friendly.
