i recently purchased outdoor security cameras and needed them to be installed and cables ran into the house. rocky was very responsive via chat and provided a fair price on the work. he came out to my home and walked me through how he would run all the cabling. my project ended up becoming a small home networking project and rocky adapted without issue. he and his partner spent several hours installing the cameras and running the cabling into my home. we had an issue with one of the cameras and after i got a replacement, he came back out on a sunday morning to install it. if you want someone who is detailed oriented and knows about networking beyond just installing cameras, i would highly recommend red dot security.

Rocky was very professional and helpful in setting up my security cameras, for a great price too! He went above and beyond to give me recommendations on the right Doorbell camera and another for a total view of the front of my house. The wiring was done really well and the training he offered was very concise.

My work detail consisted of 5 cams with a monitoring station and 3 hard wired ring doorbells. Rocky is very knowledgeable of his craft. He was able to answer every one of my questions prior to confirming our start date, and yes I had a lot of questions. I felt very secure with the job that he was going to do for me. His work detail and professionalism was perfect to say the least. I am very happy with how everything turned out, I would highly recommend him again to any of my friends, and I am sure I will ask for his services again for some other upcoming projects that I have! Rocky was able to respond very quickly to my request for service. I had another company cancel on me and I really needed my cameras installed asap because I didn’t feel like waiting any longer, lol. Rocky is very kind and professional and understands his client’s needs. He did a great job and worked fast. It started raining while he was working but thankfully the rain stopped and he was able to complete the installation. I’d definitely recommend him if you need security cameras hooked up - especially in a hurry!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
travel to their business or residence for a free assessment of the work to be done and provide a quote within 48 hours. Find the best way to fulfill their needs without selling something that they may not need. Complete the job and leave a window open for any changes that they may want within the next week.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Associates degree in Electronic Systems Mastery in Milestone, Onssi, Keyscan, Honeywell and Brivo systems to name a few.
