- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do our best to fit within your budget. Various factors such as number of people, type of event, venue location, etc. can effect overall pricing. Just reach out and we can provide a quick estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon receiving a quote, we recommend an initial phone call to discuss details about your event and any questions. From there, we can meet in person to talk more or continue the conversation via email, phone, or video. We can then schedule conversations at various intervals leading up to your event which will ensure all details have been discussed and all expectations are clear. Once the event date has arrived, we will ensure an early arrival to properly setup equipment, discuss with staff about schedule/order of the event, and discuss with you any last minute details/updates/changes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Michael has been DJing for almost two decades, is trained on various types of equipment and software, and has been employed by a variety of different professional DJ companies that helped hone the craft. Over time, he developed his own style that compliments who he is and what he represents.
