Proposal & Booking We provide a detailed proposal that outlines the menu, pricing, and logistics, including the truck fee and setup details. To secure the date, we require a deposit (typically $500–$1,500) and have the customer sign a contract confirming the details. 4. Pre-Event Coordination As the event approaches, we confirm final details like guest count, timeline, and any updates. We also handle logistics such as permits, parking, and setup requirements, ensuring everything runs smoothly. 5. Event Day Execution On the day of the event, we arrive early to set up and prepare.
