I had an issue with my AC leaking and not cooling on August 1st. I called another company to check it out. Within 10 minutes of looking at my unit they told me I needed a brand new AC system since it was 11 years old. I had Mike come over for a second opinion. He was very polite and respectful as soon as he introduced himself. He took 30 minutes to thoroughly check the system. Then he gave me a full report and a few options I could choose from ranging from what I needed now to fix it and what I could be looking forward to in the future. I choose the quick fix. He added Freon, changed a part, and, cleaned the water my system had left behind in its pan. System came right on and cooled home very quickly. Was very pleased with his work and will definitely be calling him for any future AC services i need.
