So I am a big review person. Went on here and a few other places trying to finding a few contractors. OP was one of the three contractors I called. He communicated well and quickly. Saul had reasonable pricing and great reviews, so we choose his company. I am very happy with the work. Better than I pictured in my head. He was reliable, communicative, professional and responsive. Pics of my old bathroom and new bathroom. I will definitely have him back if I need more work done and I highly recommend them!

OP Solutions did a complete bathroom remodel for the master bath. They were very professional, polite and kept me in the loop as they went along. The bathroom was completely gutted, including removing a bulky garden tub. After gutting, the bathroom was completely waterproofed underneath. This is a great feature since the reason for the remodel was water damage to the wood around the existing shower. All the drywall was replaced with water resistant green board, another great enhancement. No short cuts were taken! They assisted in some design decisions instead of letting us make mistakes that would have been regretted later. Yet they listened to what was important to me and accommodated. The project was big and took awhile but I have to say, they are extremely hard workers. Overall, we are very satisfied with the workmanship. We are very happy with the look and function of our new bathroom!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It all depends but generally speaking, WE would ask the customer about their specific situation and what is needed. Then I work with them to get the job done without any complications.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is composed of experienced home remodeling pros. All our members have at least 5 years of experience and have gone through intensive hands-on training and courses on safety precautions and proper building regulations.
