Are you looking to enhance your understanding of science and achieve your academic objectives? At JAM Tutoring, we specialize in science subjects, including biology and chemistry. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My estimated price is $40 per hour for sessions that are held online. I am willing to travel but I do charge a reasonable travel fee determined by distance.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask the student to send me photos of their notes for what they are currently working on so that I can prepare ahead of time for the lesson to maximize our time together. The photos also allow me to analyze the student's note taking skills and make suggestions to improve note taking if necessary. I also design practice exercises for the student to strengthen the concepts they are working on.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's Degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry. I also have a Doctorate of Chiropractic degree. My education has consisted of training in courses such as biology, anatomy & physiology, microbiology, and chemistry.
