PourItUp was very responsive and does make delicious drinks, but unfortunately we did not a have a smooth and amazing experience. She does bring everything that she says she will, and it is more than most bartenders include hence why I went with her, and the set up is professional. We just did not receive the level of service that I paid for. I had booked two bartenders with 30 minutes of set up time, but they did not arrive with enough time to find parking and also set up. When guests were arriving, the bottles of liquor hadn’t even been taken out and set up. Additionally, in the request and the quote it was specified that we wanted two bartenders because we wanted to keep the bar line moving, especially at the beginning when it is important to set the vibe. What we got was one great bartender and one bar back who could not even make simple well drinks (guests complained about the ratio of soda to liquor). Everyone did remark that JC’s drinks were amazing, so if you are hiring one bartender for a smaller party you will probably be fine.
