- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do a walk through before we quote a price. We know our customers have other expenses and we try to work with them and quote a price that it's within their budget. We charge less for recurring services (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We know our way around a house and we never overcharge our customers. Whether you need deep cleaning, regular cleaning, post-construction cleaning, or move-out cleaning we are the one you should call.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
This is a family-owned business. Our company has less than 5 employees and we want to keep it that way. Our clients get the same pro's every time. They know our employees by name and our employees know the needs of the customer by heart. This is what makes us special.
