- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our rates are competitive to give our customers options when choosing the best cleaning company for their home or office. We offer discounts to first-time and recurring customers up to 25% off the total estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All new customers receive an email, text, and call to ensure that the customer has all the information needed before we arrive at their location. If there are any questions they are answered at that time to avoid any issues at the time of service. Our customers have a variety of payment options which include: cash, zelle, personal check, money order, debit card, and credit card (excluding American Express and Discover).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
This is a family-owned and operated company that has a combined experience of over 10 years in the cleaning business. Our employees are required to complete a 40-hour training course before being hired without company.
