I am a property investor, that was looking to fix and flip a home. I needed a home inspection to make sure my investment was a good one. So I called up Guardian Home and immediately got a great quote. They came out conducted the inspection and laid out all its Pros and Cons and allowed me to see the potential on the home. I am now looking to use them going forward on all my property investments. I definitely recommend the company.

Harrison was extremely thorough with his inspection. He spent the time explaining everything he was doing. If there was an issue, he showed me. He also answered any questions I had with great detail. He went above and beyond and got me the whole report back extremely quickly. His price point is great and I HIGHLY recommend him. Very very knowledgable.

Our inspector Harrison did a fantastic job with the inspection on a one bedroom condo for us. He responded super quick and we were able to set up an appointment for a couple days later. The inspection was professional, thorough, and we had the report within 24 hours. Would highly recommend.
