I would highly recommend Arty to anyone buying a home, especially first time buyers, He was incredibly thorough and genuine with his answers to our questions. He made many helpful recommendations and gave my partner and I lots of very helpful advice. Arty uses drone technology to get views of the entire property and dictates his findings in real time. Our experience with Arty was wonderful! He went above and beyond and was incredibly thorough with our entire inspection. We've been through 1 inspection in the past and it was NOTHING like our experience with Arty. He was very knowledgeable and informative. He answered all of our questions. He took pictures and documented EVERYTHING. Our inspection was on Saturday & we had the report back on Monday by noon - amazing! Would definitely recommend him to anyone that needs an inspection done.

We bought a house in Clifton, NJ and hired Arty for inspection. Arty was great at inspecting the house. He was very thorough and detailed. Arty was very friendly and answered all our questions and explained every minute details. Arty answered all the followup questions quickly. He helped us raise structural, mechanical and environmental issues. After they were fixed, he was able to validate all the work done against the raised issues. I would recommend Arty for anyone who is buying the house.
