I would highly recommend David and DVMG contracting. They renovated 2 apartment units for me. They refinished and repaired the existing hardwood floors, installed new hardwood floors, installed new doors, painted, installed trimmed, installed new tile floors in bathroom, new bathroom vanities, new toilets, hung mini blinds, installed new vinyl floors in kitchen and back stair case, refinished the hardwood in the front stair cases arranged for electrician to install new lighting. Repaired plaster walls. They can do it all😊 see before and after pictures.

DVMG recently painted a newly purchased condo which was in much need of some TLC. They painted and replaced closet shelving and doors. David is exceptionally kind, punctual, patient and always open to hearing your questions and offering advice. He started the work the following day and was very transparent w/labor costs and kept all the receipts of supply purchases. I drove him crazy w/my indecisiveness but he always remained, calm, understanding and accomodating. The paint job turned out great and the whole experience was seamless. I will definitely use DVMG General Contractors again. Thanks, David!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
New customer will always have a special first time discount and second time customer will be price fairly as well so we can all be satisfied.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
tipically after a walkthrough and after the estimate being given and accepted, a date to start the work will be set, a contract will he made and a deposit will be asked for material purchases, the customer presence is not needed we provide a lockbox where the key can be left if customer need to leave.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
over 10 years of working experience with multiple contractors and companies plus a trade school carpentry training gave me all the experience I've needed.
