Important: Prices for assembly on this website may vary depending on model of each and every product. Send us the model number or picture of item to confirm final price.
Keep in mind it's your responsibility to check all the boxes to make sure everything is delivered and not damaged. In case if we can't complete the job for any of these reasons (missing items/damaged etc): service call pays $150.

Scheduling Policy: $100 deposit required to reserve every appointment (that amount may vary depending on type of project). Final payment will be processed once the work has been completed. All fees will be deducted from the initial payment made. Cancellations due to a specialist fault will not incur a fee. Deposit considered expired if customer doesn't respond for 1 month.
Zelle / Venmo available for deposit, customer responsible for all transaction fees
Cancellation policy: Any project with a budget of $1000 or less must be cancelled at least 24 hours before original appointment time, otherwise your deposit considered non-refundable. Any project with a budget of $1001 or more must be cancelled at least 72 hours before original appointment time, otherwise your deposit will be returned in half.
Payment Policy: (Cash / Check / Zelle / Venmo available for final payment). Customer is responsible for all transaction fees.
Window Policy: All appointments have a 2-hour window for a specialist(s) to arrive. Please wait for the specialist(s) to arrive within the appointment window before contacting our Support Team.
Assembly Policy: For the assembly of more complicated furniture pieces, there may be an extra added charge with your acknowledgment. All parts (boxes) being assembled must be brought to the desired room before the specialists arrive unless requested and charged an extra fee. Check your service page (ex. Treadmill Assembly) for moving prices.
