- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have competitive prices. Our prices on certain packages vary depending on the size of the project. We have constant communication with our clients regarding budgets.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During the initial contact we ask a for a lot of information to get to know you and your needs. I like to speak with customers to get a better understanding of their needs and vision for each event. We will have to communicate often once we start to work together.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Being in business for years has provided us with the experience needed to execute your wedding. We work extremely well under pressure. My partner and I have over 30 years of hospitality and restaurant experiences. Own and operate Resturants,Serve Safe, Bartending certificate and much more.
