- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am very open and upfront and honest about everything including pricing and fees. If we are building together and plan to be successful I expect the same in return from my clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I get to understand their issues so I can better cater to them. I learn their current process and if needed include where areas can be improved based off of my experience. I give my 100% and get the job done right!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors degree in interior design from The Fashion Institute of Technology. For the past 5 years I’ve worked in interior marketing and luxury home staging as a project manager and designer. I also managed client homes while they left out the state providing turn key services.
