I had just moved in and needed to clean my house and wasn't sure what to expect but they did a great job cleaning up my house. My house was dusty from doing the floors and needed a lot of dusting and cleaning. One of the girls definitely had a good attention to detail. She was guiding her co-worker. If I have to, I'd hire them again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't charge by hour, I do not think is fair for our costumers, most companies do it because is convenient for them. i make an estimate based on what you need the most, and the price will not change for staying 2 or 3 more hours.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I let my costumers to be there looking at what we doing and how we cleaning, they welcome to ask anything.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love to be active most of the time, I play basketball, tennis, i relax working out at the gym and swimming; also like taking care of people that's why I went to school for medical assistant. Cleaning houses for me is giving people a healthy environment.
