- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rate is $40 per hour, and the time required depends on the areas that need more focus. For deep cleaning services, like in this case where the kitchen and bathroom were the main focus, the time can vary. If there are significant changes to the scope during the work, that may result in additional charges, but I always discuss the options with the client before starting the job to ensure transparency and satisfaction
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I have a conversation with the client to understand their specific needs, as in this case, where the focus was on the kitchen and bathroom. Then, I assess the space either in person or through photos. I then provide a quote based on the estimated time the work will take, highlighting areas that require more attention. Once the work is agreed upon, we schedule the service. During the work, I keep the client updated to ensure they are satisfied with the progress and results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Although my background is in furniture design, I’ve always been interested in how organization and cleaning affect the functionality of spaces. Over the years, I’ve specialized in deep cleaning and space organization, attending workshops and specific training to ensure that I’m always up to date on the best cleaning practices and techniques.
