Hello my name is Benjamin Sar
I have worked as an office equipments service technician for 16 years during this period, I worked for 2 major copiers / printers sales and service companies. Because of the pandemic I was laid off. In Februar 2020 the Idea of being self employed came to mind and here we are. With my levels of experience in this industry, I can assure all of my prospective customers that I will bring 100% of efficiencies to your homes and offices . I know how scary it can be at times having a total stranger in your home. I am trustworthy and a proud family man/ father of 2 teenagers. I will always inspect , advise and offer suggestions before commencing services on your equipments. I don’t charge for traveling to customers. And I do give discount on multiple equipments. I do my best to follow all Covid-19 protocols.

Honestly, Benjamin blew me away with his knowledge of printers. He practically took apart the printer and repaired it by removing scrap paper stuck in all parts of it. He cleaned everything and put it back together and it’s like brand new. Great to meet you man and thank you for the service!

He showed professionalism even though he had to come back to finish the job because the piece to change in my printer came after 3 days. It was a special consideration from him.

Benjamin was through with trying to determine the cause of the printer's malfunction. He was polite and explained what he had done and even showed me how I could access the quality of the print on my computer myself.
