Depending on the guest count, I might lower my hourly fee if a tip jar is allowed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have a checklist of questions I ask them to make sure that nothing is missing and when I show up to a job everything that I will be needing for that day is either provided or I have it with me
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bartender certification, mixologist certification, TIPS certified and Flair bartending training.
