FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
First, a customer who is looking to have video work done should understand there is no set fee, per se'. Pricing will depend on several factors, such as: 1. Your vision on the project (one or multiple cameras, one or multiple locations. 2. Your budget. 3. Services you may or may not need (script writing or editing). The best thing to do in order to get an accurate estimate of the cost of your project is to know your budget, know your vision and prepare to make sacrifices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost, we like to setup face-to-face meetings with new clients to get to know them and to make them feel comfortable with us. Once the initial meeting has occurred we setup a series of meetings to: 1. Understand fully the clients vision 2. Discuss realistic goals that fits within the clients budget 3. Conduct periodic progress meetings and make corrections and adjustments accordingly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our company has been in the entertainment industry since 2001. We started out as a local recording studio, working with local artist and musicians. We produced open mics and talent showcases in NJ targeted to young, aspiring artist and musicians with a dream. In 2007, we began our transition into video and film production. I attended a diploma program at NYU film school, where I networked with highly knowledgeable instructors and talented students like myself.
