Keep in mind that I charge a service fee of $150 for each visit out to your home. Leak detection costs 350$ (not visible one). Opening 2x2’ of sheetrock included, any extra openings 50$ per opening. If you choose to do the job with me later, I take the fee away from the total, if the price for labor and material will work at the time of me assessing the job there will be no service fee (If its an emergency or after work hours inspection fee is not waived). You need a plumber who does quality work while giving you an excellent customer experience. This is exactly what I strive for. I reached out to Stan the day before our scheduled visit and asked him if he could possibly stop by my house the day before my scheduled appointment to check the job out to see what he thought about it. He was able to come by after another appointment he had the same day I contacted him. He brought all his tools and parts and was able to fix the problem in half an hour. I wasn’t expecting him to do that on the same day I contacted him and was very grateful for his willingness. He did a beautiful job and truly took pride in his work! I absolutely love the end result!
