Ace was very sweet, and worked well with the kids, and adults too! She came beforehand to set up, and was willing to stay over if need be. She was very professional, and we feel her service was spot on. We had a lot of fun. There were many ratio designs to choose from.

Hi Patty! I’m so sorry to hear this! Our staff provide a variety of services from bartending, to set up, food service and everything in between! I spoke with the server sent and he didn’t indicate anything out of the ordinary and absolutely did not refuse any tasks given to him. I reached out to you privately with no response. I find this review incredibly odd. If you were unsatisfied with your service I wish you would have contacted me immediately and we could have worked to rectify in some way. We strive to always provide the best service possible!
