The founders of Solar Medix have over 17 years of experience in the field. Solar Medix is built on the notion that not all installations are the same, and not all equipment is made equally. With that, the founders identified an opportunity to provide expert guidance to resolve any and all issues related to the solar installation. Solar Medix was great at communicating and very responsive to all inquiries. I was never left hanging. When a delay to the inverter came up they reached out to inform me and offered other options. The technicians were polite, professional, and did not leave any mess whatsoever. I highly recommend Solar Medix.

Rob Mascher was awesome- arrived on time as scheduled, very pleasant and knowledgeable, and got our solar back online. Can't recommend this company highly enough! It's very hard to find a company to work on your solar after it's installed for a number of years, and many original installation companies are out of business. This company is great.

We support our veterans! Ask us about our Veteran discounts! All of our pricing includes a free overview inspection of your solar system!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to get to know our customers. Our goal is to build ever lasting relationships with out customers because we know how difficult it is to earn and keep trust in the solar industry. Once you work with us, you are part of our family.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team both in the office and field go through a variety of trainings to better understand the various solar systems installed throughout the country! Our team gets sent to Fronius training and we are one of the only providers that can work on this product. We also send our team through Solar Edge, SMA, Solectria, Generac, Tesla and many more trainings to keep up to date!
