Ray was great. I recently hired Ray to tackle some home repairs, and I couldn't be happier with the results. He was professional, and incredibly skilled. Depending on the type of projects and I also go on what's the national average pricing to be fair with customes. I offer veterans, first responders discount and as well as senior citizens discount.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communicate as much as I can with customer to ensure that the the project will be done of what is expected as far as the outcome and end result. Also, provide as much details of what is being done by documenting it.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
DIY college courses certification. For my thinking skills I have associate degree in computer science.
