Ray's work is high-quality and we can tell that he is an expert craftsman. He installed two wooden blind panels in no time at all and repaired a shelf in our media center. He came up with a solution that ensured that our shelving unit had extra support -- far beyond what was provided by Coleman Furniture's own installers. We were so lucky that Ray was able to meet our schedule. Ray is the utmost professional!

Depending on the type of projects and I also go on what's the national average pricing to be fair with customes. I offer veterans, first responders discount and as well as senior citizens discount.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communicate as much as I can with customer to ensure that the the project will be done of what is expected as far as the outcome and end result. Also, provide as much details of what is being done by documenting it.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
DIY college courses certification. For my thinking skills I have associate degree in computer science.
