FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price our services by line item. You can see exactly what you are paying for based on the necessary services. This enables you to compare our services if you are shopping around. Since we are a family-owned company we are small but very efficient. We are less expensive than the larger companies as our overhead is less. Yet we provide quality and efficient services at reasonable prices. You will not be disappointed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always want to see the job to evaluate the best way to proceed. We do not do unnecessary work and will only sell you what you need to complete the job effectively. Once we determine the work necessary to complete the job we provide a free written estimate within 1 day. That estimate includes our certifications, insurance, and license information. You never have to wait long. We require you to sign the proposal and provide half down upon your approval. We generally can schedule you within one week.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are trained and certified by MICRO to do mold testing and remediation, we are also certified to do water, fire, and smoke remediation. We are licensed and insured so you never have to worry about who you are hiring. We have all the credentials to do the necessary work. Our training is ongoing, and we are schooled in the most current and appropriate work necessary to complete your job. Always ask for a company’s credentials before hiring. We automatically provide them to you with each estimate.
