What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Although many ask what my hourly rate is. I typically find that most customers are comfortable with bulk rates per job. It allows them to have control over budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try explaining the step by step process of working with the Studio and Engineer. If it is a Party Event, I try to find out what the Planners goals are as far as entertainment. What are the expectations and how can I meet them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied my craft in the School of music production at Berklee. However, most of my learning came from watching some of the best in their craft in Audio Engineering/Production at Calliope Studios NYC and Power Plant in Hampton Va over 30 years ago.
