- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing fluctuates depending on the client’s needs. I understand that every client is different and one size does not fit all. I tailor our packages according to the client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I will send the client base pricing and then schedule a complimentary consultation to thoroughly discuss their event needs. From the consultation, I will provide a full proposal. We will then work closely together throughout the event planning process to ensure the client’s vision comes to fruition.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Bachelor’s of Science Degree from Temple University’s School of Tourism & Hospitality with a concentration in Event Management. I have over 10 years of professional experience as a wedding, social, and corporate event planner. I also have a strong background in hotel contract negotiations/room block management.
