One night, a freak accident caused oil-based wood stain rags to ignite and spread oily smoke onto literally every surface of our house. We posted on Thumbtack looking for a cleaner and Irma responded in minutes even though it was so late. And although the cleaning was more than she anticipated, she was flexible and got the job done. The house feels pretty much back to normal and it’s all thanks to her. She and her team were excellent to work with and I highly recommend them.
