Jad and his team are great! We reached out to them for an interior painting quote, and his response was very quick. Sebastian and Gustavo, who painted our townhome, were professional and courteous, not to mention thorough. The quality of the materials used was excellent, and they even helped me replace a really tall lightbulb. I would 100% recommend them and would hire their services again.

Jad and his team were amazing! Jad is a super chill guy and very easy to work with. I asked him to give me an estimate to paint my house, and he was honest enough to say that, due to the condition of the siding, I should consider replacing it instead (which would have meant no job for him). In the end, I did go ahead with the paint job, and his team did a really good job. They were quick, efficient and did a good job of cleaning up after. Would highly recommend!

Jad and his guys did a great job painting the entire interior of my 3-floor townhouse. They did a professional job and returned to fix any small issues that I had. There were several large cracks in the upstairs ceilings and they did an amazing job fixing those. Jad is so great to work with -- he spent lots of time talking to me in the planning stages and took the time to explain everything. The end result is beautiful and totally worth it. I highly recommend OnCue Construction.

I am very happy with On Cue Construction, Jad the owner is very nice, easy to work with, very good in detail with the work, in my case painting. They come on time and they are very responsible. Regarding the work itself, I am more than happy. They did geometric figures in my bathroom that is sick, incredible beautiful. Like I told Gerald you are not just a painter you are an artist. I really recommend them to anyone. You will be very happy with them.

I do provide discounts, and I always like to give my customers a break down so they understand what exactly it is I am charging them for.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know my customers in the sense of knowing exactly what it is they want. I feel that it is very important to understand each other and build a good relationship as well as do an outstanding job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started doing labor when I was 18 and currently have a business degree. I am studying to get my PMP and of course opening up my own contracting business. I am also OSHA 30 certified.
