- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My services can be reimbursed my insurances as I am an out of network provider. So that means after you pay for your session, I will write a note with billing codes and submit to insurance and you will get a check from your insurance company. Typical reimbursements are about 60-80% of what you paid.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will start by sending out registration form where you will sign a virtual document and schedule our first appointment. On our first appointment, a detailed evaluation will take place where you tell me all of your goals. I then do an assessment to see where your weakness and pain points may lay. Create a plan with you and do treatment in the first session to get you feeling better immediately!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Rutgers, a BS in exercise science from Montclair State, and have been training people for over 8 years!
