- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fees are per return and not based on your refund.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first explain our services and pricing to the prospect. If they agree, we schedule a quick chat to discuss their tax situation in more detail. If we agree to work together, we then sign the client up in our portal to start the process of completing their project. Usually, depending on what the project is, it could take anywhere from 3 - 21 days to complete. Tax preparation usually runs 3-7 day from start to finish.
