FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am not the cheapest nor the most expensive but if you are looking for a well done table installation and an installer that is willing to do what it takes to do things correctly than I am your guy. I only use the best materials so this is also what adds cost to my prices. Alot of these guys that seem to have better pricing than me are not using the same quality products that I am using.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will usually reply with some questions to better understand what the needs of the customer are. I prefer to speak to the customer on the phone because there are many variables involved with lets say ....a move. It is too difficult to go back and forth with emails.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working on Pool Tables for approximately 35 years. I learned my trade hands on working at a retail store as a installers helper working side by side with some very experienced people. I progressed to installer and left the business to pursue other things but continued to work with Pool Tables ever since.
