Hi! My name is Caroline, owner of Caroline by Design. I completely understand how overwhelming life can get. Between busy schedules and daily commitments, finding time to organize your home feels almost impossible. You’ve probably made a great effort to declutter before, only to feel frustrated when things quickly revert back to where they started. It's tough to stay on top of everything, especially when you're pulled in so many directions. After 10 years of helping families and individuals create organized, functional spaces, I’ve seen firsthand how much stress and energy can be freed up by making your home work for you. Caroline is amazing, she is very sensitive to how difficult and overwhelming it can be to get yourself organized for a big project and provides reason and calm throughout the process. As I write this she is heading over to my place for round 2 of organizing and I am so grateful.

Caroline’s patience and understanding of my husband’s collection was greatly appreciated. Our time together often felt like therapy, but he needed to be heard rather than simply told to get rid of his stuff. In the end, he was able to get rid of stuff on his own, which was a much better experience than in the past.

Thanks to Caroline I was able to reorganize my files and downsize my paper load before I moving. Still working on it all but the progress is being made thanks to her Zoom support. She was flexible with me and able to work within my budget. When I move in I will be calling her again for more help. I need a lot.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My services are billed at an hourly rate of $70. As a member of NAPO (National Association of Professional Organizers), I have access to a wide network of trusted business partners who can assist with appraisals, donations, and more—often at discounted rates.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin by offering a complimentary 30-minute consultation where we discuss your project, your goals, and any specific needs you may have. We'll also review potential scheduling options and my fee structure to ensure everything aligns before moving forward.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified interior designer through IAP College. Additionally, I am a proud member of the National Association of Productivity & Organizing Professionals (NAPO), which ensures that I stay updated on the latest industry standards and practices.
