Hi! My name is Caroline, owner of Caroline by Design. I specialize in interior design and residential organizing. My mission is to design to inspire and organize to solve problems for the perfectly imperfect. Making improvements to your environment is an iterative process…and I work with my clients to teach them to take one thing at a time, one day at a time. When my client’s need answers, advice or just a little bit of inspiration, I’m always here to help make it easy to create a space they’ll love coming home to. Above all, I am excited about bringing positive change to my clients’ lives by making their homes into sanctuaries of aesthetic design and peaceful organization, one space at a time.

Caroline helped us transform our garage from chaotic and ulcer-inducing to an area of calm and respite. Since it was also my husband's workshop area, I was worried how he would respond to the organizing effort but she instantly found common ground with him, figured out his pain points as well as his preferred working style, and was able to make more headway in a single day than I had been able to in years. Overall, the garage now functions better than we hoped and Caroline even helped us plan for room to grow as well as provided tips and techniques for staying on track and keeping it organized. We actually bring guests through the garage when touring the house now!

Caroline absolutely nailed my vision for my dream home. She understood my design aesthetic and helped execute on budget. She’s inventive, and has an incredible eye for little details that have big impact. Caroline is also super fun to work with. Awesome experience.
