- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing for each project is determined by the extent of work required. We evaluate each unique project in advance to provide an appropriate price. Our pricing encompasses the entire scope of the project, from start to finish, covering labor, materials, and all related aspects. We maintain our commitment to the agreed-upon price and will never approach the customer for additional funds beyond our initial agreement.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When collaborating with a new customer, our initial step involves comprehending the project's scope. We offer a no-cost estimate by visiting the job site. During this visit, we thoroughly evaluate the project alongside the homeowner, addressing all inquiries and providing our honest and professional advice. If both parties reach an agreement on the pricing, we proceed by offering a complimentary sample, allowing the customer to choose from various color options. This sample helps them gain a clear understanding of their preferred color choice. Our utmost priority is to exceed customer expectations and ensure their utmost satisfaction with the final outcome of the work.

With over 15 years of industry experience, our team of painters collectively possesses more than 10 years of individual expertise. Moreover, we take immense pride in the fact that all our painters have been dedicated members of our team for the past 5 years.
