FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Its a tiered system. In residential inspections, it starts with the size and age of the residence. In commercial inspections, its the age and also the size of the building and property. and its pretty simple from there. There are a wide variety of other services that can be added depending on the needs and concerns of the client. I will always suggest any services that especially are of a safety concern. But the client is always the one who decides which services will be performed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Home inspectors are required to have minimum Continuing education credits every year by there states, and affiliated organizations. You can never learn to much, or enough. I have multiple licenses, and belong to multiple organizations, and strive to want to be the best. My work speaks for itself.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My good friend was a home inspector, and he would refer me to his clients. I started repairing the homes and businesses they were buying. Then I started doing inspections for him, and seen what problems people were experiencing, and just couldn't stand to see the bad work, and cover ups, and way that some people didn't care about there clients. I love what I do, and I am good at what I do.
