I contacted UniProAir when my HVAC system died on July 4th. Austin came to my house within an hour and found the problem. I was able to schedule the installation of my new system the next day. Austin and his team are efficient, knowledgeable and professional. Truly the nicest guys ever. My dog liked them so much that she jumped in their truck!

The new system works fabulous, got it adjust in time for the heat wave. A little drama coordinating with my home warranty company, but everything worked out. It would be great if the customer could choose the rocks that are used at the base of the outside unit. I already had brick red rocks there, and they added the white rock. If there was a choice that would’ve been great to know or I would’ve passed on the rocks altogether. I worked with Dave. He was great!

The day of the appointment there was a crash on the highway, there was good communication stating that he would arrive shortly after. Good at communicating the root cause of the problem for the HVAC system not working. Gave recommendation that will be followed.
