My ac needed major help during the scorching heatwave and NE did everything they could to get me fixed up asap. John is an excellent technician who went above and beyond and I cannot thank him enough. Not only did John get me back up and running but he also took the time to educate me and provide some tips. Also Id like to recognize Kevin who was extremely helpful and took extra time on the phone with me during a busy time before the holiday weekend. The representatives who answered my initial calls were wonderful as well. I would not hesitate to call on NE in the future. Again major thanks and appreciation to John, Kevin, and the entire team I spoke with the last 2 weeks. They all deserve recognition and accolades !

I called North East Home Services to check my A/C system and provide a tune-up because it just didn't seem to be blowing as cold as I remember. Keshaun came to my house and was polite, respectful and a pleasure to deal with. He was knowledgeable and thorough with his work. He tuned up my system and checked a few other things that I hadn't thought of. I would absolutely call North East Home Services again.

Samantha was very professional quoting the work - describing exactly what they would do and gave a quote via email - I asked that show up at 9:00 instead of 8:00 and Steven showed up exactly at 9 AM. Some how some very old papers had found their way into one of the return ducts. We had the ducts cleaned several times prior but they did not pull out the papers. Steven did and went about his business in a very professional manner moving what had to be moved and taking care to put it back. He waned us that the noise of the machine might upset our little dog. He show that he was just a very nice young man. I asked about credit card for payment and he had the electronic gadgetry to do it it a flash. All in all a 5 star experience.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have done almost all education in the industry from NATE, ACCA, refrigeration certification, duct blaster and blower door testing. We strive to keep up with current standards and go above and beyond. We currently are working on getting our HERS rating to be able to certify home energy builds.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Our family has been doing HVAC for over 50 years. It is just in our blood and we enjoy helping and meeting new customers!
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We have work on many project. A recent project we did was high end apartment complex with 250 apartments the architecture thought the complex was really stunning
