Our pricing is transparent and competitive. We offer free estimates, flexible payment options, and 7–10 years of 0% financing through PSE&G for qualifying projects. Customers can also take advantage of our exclusive discounts for Comfort Club members, which include 20% off labor costs for repairs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we begin with a comprehensive consultation to understand their needs and goals. This is followed by an on-site assessment to provide accurate recommendations. We prioritize open communication and provide a detailed proposal, ensuring the customer is informed every step of the way. Once approved, we proceed with scheduling and executing the project efficiently.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are licensed, certified, and undergo continuous training to stay up-to-date with the latest HVAC technologies and techniques. As an Amana and Daikin dealer, we receive specialized training in their products to ensure expert installation and service.
