Thought I posted a review last year when the work was completed, but apparently I did not. Couldn’t be happier with our deck and the work done by John and his team. He has some roadblocks that were due to the township but he was always on top of everything and made the process as painless as possible for us. I would absolutely recommend him.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do most projects in either 1/3, or 1/4 payment increments.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I require 10% to hold a start date. We come in and don’t leave until your job is finished. No hopping around.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am also a licensed NJ Realtor.
