We had a medical office demo and fit out that had to completed on a very short timeframe. Alban was very professional and took his time to make sure everything was done on time and to our complete satisfaction. All of the inspections were approved on the first visit by the inspectors which allowed the project to continue without unnecessary delays. I would recommend Albemico Construction to anyone looking to do a commercial or residential project.

Lately it has been the case that contractors will promise the moon only to have the execution of work fall short of satisfaction. That was not the case with Albemico. These guys are rockstars. Communication was clear, realistic expectations were set, and the work perform exceeded expectations. From the moment the crew showed up to the moment they drove off, they were professionals through and through. They were respectful, hardworking, efficient, and left the place better than they found it. I’m thoroughly satisfied with the work performed. I’ve worked in the construction industry for 15 years. I’m not very easily impressed, but these guys impressed me. One-day demolition operation of a 3rd floor 800 square foot apartment, where every surface area was covered in plaster and lath. I highly recommend this outfit. A++

Alban and his team were 'Great!' to work with for my porch and sidewalk renovation project. We pride ourselves on fair pricing. Every project is different, and the price will be as per project details.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If work is requested, an in-person consultation will be scheduled to assess the needs of the project(s) and to get a better sense of what the potential client is looking for. A written estimate will then be provided. Should the estimate be accepted, the project will be scheduled. Every customer is important to us, and our goal is to give the highest service possible, working with you every step of the way, until the project is completed. Customer satisfaction is very important to us.
