- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The customer should know that my pricing is subject to change without notice , I will adequately reprice if I see fit , and I offer military , senior citizen , and other select discounts ( please ask if I discount services because I do !!!!! )
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer is to feel them out initially , ask them directly what they need so I give accurate pricing , and what they prefer to be done in their homes . I always mention a walk through so make sure the customer is satisfied with my work .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The education / training I have is all personal , self taught , and taught by my mother and grandmother .
