We had 4 closets ,two dressers, 2 large floor to ceiling shelving units , and numerous multiple plastic storage tubs that were disorganized and frankly in complete disarray. Over the course of a few hours, she took everything out of the above mentioned units. She sorted and organized everything according to application or use such as cleaning products, health and beauty items, grooming items, full size bed linens, queen size bed linens, outdoor sportsman and firearm cleaning supplies or accessories, shoes, towels and wash clothes, pet supplies, miscellaneous, and other categories. She put everything back into the dressers so each drawer is ONE separate clothing type : socks, underwear, pants, shirts, active wear. She also did a thorough bathroom cleaning.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The customer should know that my pricing is subject to change without notice , I will adequately reprice if I see fit , and I offer military , senior citizen , and other select discounts ( please ask if I discount services because I do !!!!! )
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer is to feel them out initially , ask them directly what they need so I give accurate pricing , and what they prefer to be done in their homes . I always mention a walk through so make sure the customer is satisfied with my work .
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The education / training I have is all personal , self taught , and taught by my mother and grandmother .
