- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For our Association clients, the most common rate is $30 per unit per month with variations in rate based on unit count, large communities have reduced pricing. Pillar Property Management provides owners of larger rental portfolios discounted unit pricing and/or reduced lease fees. Our most common rental management package is $125 per unit per month with a lease fee of 2/3 the monthly rent per move in. No hidden fees, no surprise charges - our contract is thorough and lists all possible expenses. We go over the scenarios for each option so you can make an educated decision.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Association Board Members may send us an RFP to respond to, or request an Overview and Proposal. Once accepted, we execute the Agreement and begin the Transition Process. The Transition timeframe will vary based on the size of the Community, with most communities transitioning in 30 days. Larger communities may take 60 days.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We maintain the following industry certifications: AHM, BOS, TaCCs, NALP, CMCA, AMS, NSA and OSHA10.
