Working with Massiel was great. From the moment she arrived she was on point. She identified gaps in our security that I did not even think about. Massiel IS the reason ADT got this contract for our home security, NOT JOKING. For the record, we had gone to the 'OTHER' company that has been around not quite as long but long enough & the rep LOST that for the firm.
Massiel was on time, knew exactly how to take a read on us as a family and took her time to chat, which is key...most importantly to LOOK & LISTEN.
KNOWLEDGE!! Of course she handled herself with courtesy & professionalism and punctuality... but her understanding of the technical end, operation of system, needs and overall strength in showing US how to feel safe is ABSOLUTELY ABOVE PAR.
I don't need to say anything more except - GET MASSIEL. ADT will be your security.
