I have worked with many contractors and Jose has been our best pick. His professionalism, speed and quality of work, respecting our instructions, punctuality are second to none. Had Jose's team do a bathroom shower area remodel. They did such a great job and completed all the work in 3 days. Wish we hired his team for our home renovations instead of some incompetent amateurs. Highly recommend and how to use their services in the future for other projects.

Jose Marcial is a very good engineer turned professional contractor. Working with him was a great experience as he took care of pretty much everything. He was detailed with his design diagrams and his quote was pretty much as close to the finish. He took care of getting all the approvals. Our town inspectors are very strict, which is good for me as a home owner. Marcial made sure his work is thorough and not compromising on quality. He suggested places to source materials and once we selected he picked it from Floor & Decor and Home Depot. He has a great team of professionals who provide good service. Marcial also helped me with other issues in my home. I asked him certain features and he will always say ‘yes’. His ‘can do’ personality is very commendable. His ability to work within tight budget is a blessing for customers. I strongly recommend Marcial for your next project.

JoMa construction provided excellent solution to my project. Engaged them for creating a prayer room, recess lighting in bedrooms, fan installation and upgrade to all switches to Bluetooth standards. From the very beginning they were very transparent, I was provided with Labour only and Labour + Material cost estimates. The delivered work was very neat. Jose and his team are punctual and finished the job in time. I have to engage them again for my future projects, it’s hard to get knowledgeable and professional people and I must say I got lucky!

We used JoMa Construction for our basement renovation. We are first time home owners and had a few bad experiences with previous contractors and came to know about JoMa Construction. We got in touch with the team and we’re hesitating because of our past experiences but jose provided us with his client references that strengthened our confidence. Jose and Tony were both extremely responsive and professional throughout their time on the job. They were also very patient in addressing our concerns and plans for our space downstairs. They did a great job and gave us a really good addition to our home. I would strongly recommend this team for your next home renovation.
