What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very transparent. The one thing customers hate is "bait and switch" pricing which is unfortunately known for being the case in the contracting business. With Jani-Pro's, we quote you accurately and fairly the first time so there's no guessing game as your project moves forward. We offer a 10% discount to military and retired veterans.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to quote the customer on site. There is nothing worse than giving a verbal or online quote, only to find it didn't include part of the project. We pride ourselves in giving a full and accurate quote the first time, and we do this by evaluating the entire project on site with the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in the painting and cleaning business for over 25 years.
